The new DC-X is a media neutral asset management system with standard interfaces to various print and online CMS systems. It also handles and manages incoming "User Generated Content" from E-Mail, SMS, Standard Web-Editors, RSSFeeds and from the DC-Web Editor.
Digital Collections (DC) is a world leader in the manufacture of software for managing and researching digital information.
Behind the success of DC is a co-ordinated team of 20 staff. This manageable size means we can respond to the requirements of our customers rapidly, flexibly and efficiently. Our employees work in Hamburg, Germany and Cincinnati, Ohio, USA to ensure our constant success and the satisfaction of DC customers.
Ole Olsen, CEO
Managing partner. Studied business administration at the University of Hamburg. His first job at the publisher of the Hamburger Morgenpost newspaper gave him an insight into the craft of making newspapers. After completing his studies, he founded the consulting firm Beo Software and advised publishers on how to optimise editing systems. He founded Digital Collections in 1991 along with two other partners, where he has since remained managing partner. In his free time, he plays golf or devotes himself to vintage cars.
